Saponified oils of Olive, Coconut, Sunflower, and Grapeseed, Glycerin, Hydroxyethyl cellulose (Plant-based thickener), Essential oils of Peppermint, Tea Tree, and Spearmint.
Put a small amount of the shower gel on a cloth or shower puff and lather entire body. Rinse and feel the difference.
