Shipping & Returns
The WaterGeeks strives to carefully prepare your package for shipment within 48 business hours. We will always send you a shipping confirmation e-mail that will include your “Tracking Number" and a link to the shipping company so you know where you precious parcel is. Please remember, the recipient is responsible for any customs, taxes and/or import duties for packages traveling outside Canada.

Delivery times are dictated to us by the shipping companies and are approximate. You can expect your order to fall within these times except during the busy Christmas season.
Canada
Expedited $10 (3-7 business days) FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $100
Express $20 (2-4 business days) $10 FOR ORDERS OVER $100
Continental USA
Expedited $10 (1-2 weeks) FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $100
Express $20 (4-7 business days) $10 FOR ORDERS OVER $100
Hawaii & Alaska
Expedited $15 (1-2 weeks) FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $100
Express $25 (4-7 business days) $12.50 FOR ORDERS OVER $100
For those who choose express shipping, please remember that our standard in-house processing time (2 business days) still applies; time-in-transit is in addition to our processing time. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
International
The WaterGeeks are delighted to offer products to clients located in most locations outside Canada and the Continental USA but cannot do so via our online ordering process at this time. For assistance and shipping rates, please contact us. The free Shipping offer only applies to Canada and the continental USA.
Customs & Duties
Please remember packages traveling outside Canada may be subject to customs, taxes and/or import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any customs, tax, or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns

If at all you are unhappy with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we may correct any shortcomings. We love to hear any feedback you may have so that we can continue to improve our service to you.
The WaterGeeks will be happy to return or exchange any items that are in perfect, unused condition. Please return the product to us within 30 days for a complete refund minus shipping fees. All products come with a 30 day warranty against manufacture defects. To return a product, please call or email us to receive your return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) and return address. Returns will not be accepted without a RMA#.
