The Watergeeks Laboratories strives to carefully prepare your package for shipment within 48 business hours. We will always send you a shipping confirmation e-mail that will include your “Tracking Number" and a link to the shipping company so you know where you precious parcel is. Please remember, the recipient is responsible for any customs, taxes and/or import duties for packages traveling outside Canada.

For those who choose express shipping, please remember that our standard in-house processing time (2 business days) still applies; time-in-transit is in addition to our processing time. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

The Watergeeks Laboratories are delighted to offer products to clients located in most locations outside Canada and the Continental USA but cannot do so via our online ordering process at this time. For assistance and shipping rates, please contact us. The free Shipping offer only applies to Canada and the continental USA.
Customs & Duties
Please remember packages traveling outside Canada may be subject to customs, taxes and/or import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any customs, tax, or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.
