Used in the Bio-Filtered Hiking Bottle, this pack includes 2 Carbon Composite Filters and a Biological Filter with Sub-Micron Fiber equaling 80 gallon nominal capacity . Provides for the removal of bacteria, cysts, cryptosporidium, and protozoa from water of suspect quality, in accordance with EPA requirements. The sub-micron biological filter has been shown, in independent testing, to remove over 99.99% of cysts and 99.9999% bacteria at EPA protocol concentrations. The filters also provide effective lead, chlorine, taste and odor removal in a portable unit. If used in conjunction with chlorine tabs or other disinfectant, the filter removes residual disinfectant before you drink the water. Pack includes 2 Carbon Composite Filter and 1 Biological Filter
